RING
RING
DESCRIPTION FROM ELISA: This enamel ring from 1927 was a complete mystery. The inscription on the awesome ring butt reads, "Presented to Helen Leonard by AL Aux of Bill Brown Post 507 1-10-27" (swipe.) Thanks to Google, I was able to determine that Bill was in the American Legion (unit 507) and Helen was president of the auxiliary. I had the diamond set...the ring may have had a shield or something else at one time.
